Bush blocking view on A420 Fernham junction

There is a bush that is blocking the view of drivers and pedestrians crossing the road and turning right at the A420 Fernham junction. It is on the left hand side, not the immediate bush, but a bit further left. It is making pulling out of the junction to turn right extremely dangerous, aslo a lot of walkers use this part of the A420 to cross into Faringdon, which is deadly at the moment. Please could it be looked at ASAP. Thank you.
