Overgrown hedge

The hedge is overgrown over the footpath as you on the Clifton Close side of Launton Road from the bridge towards Clifton Close. It is impossible for people to pass each other, someone has to wait at one end of the overgrown section or walk in the road. Please can it be cut back.
