Housing development sign blocking view

Reported via mobile in the Traffic Signs category anonymously at 10:04, Tuesday 28 May 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

These yellow housing development signs are blocking visibility of oncoming traffic from the roundabout.

This is making pulling out very dangerous.

The space under the highways roundabout sign is left clear so that people pulling out of Mongewell have unobstructed view of the roundabout.

Please remove ASAP before there is an accident.

Thank you

  • These signs are still obstructing visibility from the Carmel College exit.

    Please remove these signs ASAP

  • These signs are still there... I thought that legally these were meant to be temporary signage not a permanent advertisement for housing developments!

They cause a serious risk to drivers pulling out of Carmel College as they limit visibility under the road sign out to the roundabout and oncoming vehicles coming out of the roundabout onto the 4074.

Please have them removed ASAP before there is an accident.
