Island cone missing - dangerous

This illuminated cone needs security in place - it is often thrown in the hedge, along the pavement or just lodged on the island - please secure and make the island safe. This is nearly two years it has been like it !!!

This is now nearly three years . Island a danger to cars in the dark with no illuminated sign

An officer will be checking over this asset this week and ensure a fault is raised accordingly

It looks as though it is fixed because some kind people down the road keep returning it to the island. It needs security. It is the older style one. Please provide newer style one
