Multiple potholes and road badly damaged

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Dozens of potholes on both sides of road for 100 metres + along this section. At the Y-junction, huge chunk missing from the side of the road. Needs repair desperately. It's been like this for over 2 years. No one is fixing it.
