Crumbling pavement

The road side edge of the pavement is crumbling, from number 7 all the way to number 33. I reported this a couple of months ago and received a response that it has been fixed. A small patch by number 13 only was attended to. The pavement has been poor since I moved here 12 years ago. Some elderly folk have tripped on it.
