This drain has been blocked since it was reported in 2021 it was never cleaned in 2022, most of the drains in Garsington are blocked.

  • Thank you for your report. Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining approximately 120,000 gullies on the highway network. Gullies are cleaned in accordance with the County Council’s maintenance policy, and we operate a targeting program with a higher frequency of cleaning in areas at risk of flooding.
