Recurring pot holes

Pot holes recurring directly in road entrance to church road from the roundabout. This has been "fixed" twice and each time the material crumbles and the pot holes appear within weeks.

The area has now spread across the road in exactly the same area. Please be careful as some are deep and you do feel a harsh bump if your tyre goes over (extremely hard to avoid).
