Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This pot hole was ‘fixed’ less than two weeks ago and has already reopened! Maybe you should get someone to inspect the work BEFORE paying the contractors sent to do it. It’s already bad again and I’m not prepared to lose get another tyre!

Is there someone we can talk to at the council and Thames water to try and get the ACTUAL issue resolved please? I’m happy to mediate but this cannot keep just getting filed in - to be clear, I will enquire as to how much this is costing each time if not as I assume it’s not cheap and it would be better for everyone to get to a long term solution quicker!
