Very prickly bush/tree growing out of the pavement causing an obstruction. Coats get caught in the thorns , adults and children get scratched, not enough room left on the pavement for parents with a buggy and small children to pass .

Have a blind husband so all the growth on the pavement can’t be seen by him . A jacket has already got a hole in it because of thorns and scratches on his hand .
