Hedge hanging over pavement, getting worse

This doesn't look too bad on the photo, but this is the way to school for dozens of children. One can hardly pass people coming the other way. Cogges Hill Rd has heavy traffic to the school every morning and cars often go way over the speed limit of 20. Children step onto the street to let prams pass.
