Manhole not level

The manhole on the Wantage to Stanford side of the road has been dangerous for a while. As it is on a bend there is no way of driving around it. To avoid you must either choose bush or the wrong side of the road. As per last night neither was acceptable.

I hit this manhole and actually checked my windshield to see if it had broken due to the loud bang.
