Thames water Pothole

Thames water carried out some work to a leak here over the winter. They have made a real mess of the road and driveway leading to Hollybush Lodge and Newman House. If left the road will gradually get worse and need further repairs. Further more the surface of the road they have now created caused a child to crash of their bike. I have complained to Thames Water about the poor repair and they have referred it to yourselves. They wont take action unless a Defect Notice is issued to them by yourselves. The complaint reference number is 33529447 (Thames Water). I am asking that you issue them with this notice as the road has been poorly fixed.
