Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council 1 minute later

I reported this before and it was rejected as being the responsibility of the Vale of White Horse, but I believe OCC is responsible for trees on the verge side, is it not? The parish council's grass cutting contractor can't cut the grass with this tree there, could it please be removed. Many thanks, Clerk to the Parish Council
