Road floods repeatedly after heavy rain and is a regular traffic hazard. Problem has persisted for a considerable period. Some road gullies are blocked. Others are wrongly positioned or road surface levels are not laid to correct falls to enable water to reach them. This section of road needs a proper survey, re-resign of levels and drainage, and reconstruction to current standards. Ad-hoc bodging by call-off contractors will not suffice.
