Ridge in road

Road is sunken and not level, causing a ridge that impacts the cars very badly. Have seen trailers lift off the ground. Impacts suspension very hard, very dangerous especially if your unaware it is there. There's also a pot hole just next to it which makes it even more dangerous whilst trying to avoid.
