Small allotment has appeared Mattock Way

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

An unofficial allotment has appeared along Mattock Way (from Twelve Acre Drive) on left hand side. It seems to be full of netting, plants and bottles at the moment, not quite sure who owns that small area of land behind the houses that back onto Mattock Way. It looks pretty unsightly but not sure if permission has been granted for this area to be used for growing plants etc.
