Grass not being cut in residential area

Until the last year, the green space has been regularly cut in Limetrees. It is now left to grow wild unless a complaint is made. I have tried contacting the Parks department directly but on this occasion have not received a reply. The area is too large to be cut by the residents and historically was always cut by the council.
