Overgrown hedgerows causing an obstruction onto the footway between 81 Wallingford Road and Winterbrook Roundabout

Reported via mobile in the Hedges category by Chris Curtis at 09:26, Friday 17 May 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The hedgerows along the joint foot and cycleway along this section have been allowed to grow and obstruct the already narrow foot and cycleway, which is the main route for pedestrians and cyclists between Wallingford and Cholsey.

You sometimes have to step into the road to avoid it. If walkers/cyclists meet then one of them has to step into the road. This has been a problem for at least two years.
