4 very deep potholes near the layby on the carriage way heading to Oxford.- left hand lane

The potholes have been there for over three months and cars are swerve to avoid them. Originally there were two, but it has been so long now that a third and a fourth have formed within the last month. The 4th one is probably the deepest. They a near the broken signpost just before the layby. Although they are in the left hand lane they are just to the left of the white lines between the lane, so would cause damage to anyone overtaking at that point in time.
