Car has knocked bollard over which protects cars from crashing into our wall

Bollard has been knocked over and out of the pavement which protects our wall from cars crashing into it. If possible when fixing could there also be an extra bollard added as well further around the pavement to stop cars parking on the footpath and cracking the listed buildings flagstones and the kerb stones which are also broken again as shown in other photo.
