Overgrown grasses and brambles blocking view

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
Overgrown grasses and brambles blocking view of motorists trying to turn right onto the Thame Road. It's a difficult enough manoeuvre at the best of times due to traffic volumes but the restricted view now makes it dangerous.

Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are legally obligated to properly maintain vegetation on their property that is next to the public highway. If the vegetation affects the safety of highway users, it becomes their responsibility. However, in this instance, since the highway was not obstructed, there may not be sufficient cause to take further action at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation during statutory inspections.
