Overgrown hedge now blocking pavement access

Access now problematic for all pavement users, shrubs, trees & ivy all growing into pavement area. Area is on Naldertown, between Framlands Close and Grosvenor Terrace. People are choosing to walk in the road to avoid it and it is on a popular school route.

  • Hedgerow also extends up footpath on to Grosvenor Terrace. Grosvenor Terrace particularly difficult for wheelchair and pushchair users. Property which owns hedgerow in Framlands Close is vacant.

  • Problem does not appear to have ever been resolved. Pedestrians and KA's school children walk in the road as noted above.
