Numerous large deep unavoidable potholes

Road completely flooded and many huge hidden potholes that are unavoidable due to the traffic lights which are on one lane of the carriageway (To re-direct cars from another pothole). Debris, flints and rocks across the road, and cars coming head on in the middle of the road trying to avoid flooding & deteriorated road surface. I had to give a person a lift that had blown out their tyre in their new Land Rover Discovery by hitting one of these hidden potholes, which indicates how bad these are. This stretch of road has been in a terrible state for at least 3 months, and the council has been aware of this for at least 2 months.
