Reported via desktop in the Grass category anonymously at 19:02, Mon 13 May 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The verges and hedges on the south side of St Helens avenue are overgrown, the edge of the road is now very poorly defined due to the vegetation growing in the gutter and road way between the allotments and area opposite St Helen's way. This has been allowed to grow like this for a while
