Pavement Licence infringement every night.

Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 06:22, Sun 12 May 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Jacobini (wine bar) is leaving chairs, tables, parasol, and potted plants out all night. Customers often using them until after midnight. Other nearby premises with similar pavement licences DO follow the rules. Why is there no enforcement against Jacobini?

Council ref: ENQ241003890
