Collapsed wall
Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 17:45, Saturday 11 May 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
There has been a collapsed wall blocking the footpath for months now. The footpath is diverted onto the road but there is no dipped curb nearby making it very difficult for me when in my wheelchair. I have to go down a dipped curb further up the road so I'm in the road on my wheelchair so not very safe. I've reported this before and it's still not been fixed.

This wall is worse than ever. I have tried contacting Sovereign Housing who have (half?) the responsibility for the wall but the wall has collapsed even more and nothing has been done. Is there anything you can do to pressure them into action?

I've reported this before, it seems to get ignored.

Nothing has been done to rectify this collapsed wall for well over a year. The first photo here shows a lady in her mobility scooter - she gave me permission to take the photo - having dangerously to go right into the road because there is no pavement here. The second one shows just now when part of the guard fence had fallen over - I live opposite and am constantly having to replace the bollards and fences - it's a total mess! Please can you communicate with regard to who is responsible and why they are not doing the work? Many thanks
