Exit drain from pond blocked

The drain which leads out from the pond to the ditches south-east of the pond (and the watercourses they feed) remains blocked, keeping the level of the pond artificially high. When the road drains were finally cleared in Jan/Feb during the flooding OPC tried to clear this drain but said they would return "in a couple of months" to clear it. Please ask them to return asap to clear this drain as the high pond level is keeping the water levels high in the village.
