Worn Give Way and Hatch Markings

The give way to oncoming traffic markings have almost gone, resulting in traffic from the East not stopping or slowing. In the last few days several near collisions have been witnessed as well as Road Rage. Please deal with before there is an accident of serious Breach of the Peace. Could a Stop or Give Way sign also be considered to alleviate this worsening issue ?
