Foliage obscuring junction so impossible to see traffic coming

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

As per every year, the foliage around this junction is allowed to grow long enough to severely obscure the view from the junction so it is impossible to see traffic coming from the Rostock direction. It is also hindering visibility from the Hendred direction. Not sure why this has to be an issue every year (and multiple times per year)
