Grass obstructing traffic view .

Although the grass doesn't look very high in this picture it is long enough to obscure traffic coming up from Henley. This Morning Coming from Bix village and crossing over the dual carriageway I had to pull right out into the inside lane( coming up from Henley) in order to see if there was any traffic coming.Although I applaud no mow May this junction will be extremely dangerous if it's left. It's only the area round the junction that needs cutting not the whole section in the middle of the dual carriageway. Thank you.
