Sloping pavement on to busy highway

This paved strip, leading from The Green, is at a sharp left bend on the footway that runs east down High Street, Drayton.It leads straight on to the highway and towards the raised bank on the opposite side of the street at which point there is no access. There is a risk of pedestrians slipping on ice or snow, or when the footway is busy particularly with pushchairs, young children, bikes, etc. There is a less risky, 2-way footway, a few metres away, near the roundabout.
