Hedge overgrown - dangerous blind spot

The bush shown in the picture is overgrown and causes a dangerous blind spot for vehicles joining the double carriageway from the slip road. The double carriageway is curved, and vehicles disappear for several seconds cause of the bush. Please cut the bush right back or better still remove it.
