This underpass is flooded again today after rain. The gratings are blocked and need to be cleared. This happens several times a year. The underpass is heavily used and a better long-term solution is needed.

    This is a serious slip hazard for people cycling. When they are aware of it and go around it, it creates collision hazards with people cycling the other way.
