Unable to walk on the path

The hedge is not maintained and has grown over the path by over 3 feet. Forcing you to walk on the main road. Deliver drivers speed around the blind corner. There will be a fatal accident if not cut back so pedestrians can walk safely. A push or wheel chair has no chance. Lots of elderly residents that walk slowly.
