At the junction with Atson Street and Baker St are two drains. I cleared them both but when I opened up the smaller one (closer to Baker St) the man hole and surrounding tarmac (which is the bit that worried me suggesting the tarmac is full of holes) started bubbling a lot. This stopped when I opened up the second drain next to the man hole.
