In 2022 I reported a disruption of the council maintained drive way from the road to our driveway caused by tree roots. This was marked up with yellow markings by you in 2023 but nothing has been done and the markings are now worn away. The damage to the surface keeps scraping the underside of vehicles who use the driveway.

This damage has been there for nearly two years, has been previously reported, has been responded to you and you marked up the issue with yellow markings which have since washed/worn away. The disruption to the surface catches on the underside of vehicles using the driveway.
