Sinking cover

This manhole cover is sinking on the crest of the hill, cars are going into on coming traffic to avoid, this is also happening to the next set of manhole covers towards Oakley wood. Now starting to get dangerous.

  • Manhole cover has now moved and shifted. It is exposed and poses an imminent risk to road users. Needs resetting in it's frame. Cars are swerving to avoid and it's on a peak which introduces additional risks.

  • This has got worse. If a bike hits this they will be off.

  • This seems to be getting worse. Cars either have to hit the hole, slow down on the crest of a hill or swerve onto the other side
