Pothole at entrance to church, school & public foot path

There is a pothole at the entrance to the St Thomas More church, school and public right of way. The hole measures 95cm long by 50cm wide by 8cm deep. Given the heavy pedestrian traffic at this point it is urgent that this hole be repaired. It is possible that this entrance is used for vehicles turning at the end of the access/service road to return south along the Oxford Road rendering the surface more vulnerable.

This image shows flooding from the service road into the presbytery premises and the same water flooded the sewage system tainting and polluting the whole premises into the garden at the rear. It displays an oil slick covering the water which tends to confirm the source to be the public highway. It also indicates that such a quantity of oil might come from HGVs turning at the entrance to the church property. In addition to the fixing of the pothole, a solution is required to drain flood waters on the road above away from the church, school and public foot path.
