Whole carriageway of A4095 flooded

This section of road was resurfaced about a year ago and as soon as job was done I queried the drainage as it did not seem 'fixed' to me. As you can see the road was flooded on 28/4/24. Near miss as car came out of Football club entrance just as someone swerved round water.
