Blocking footpath, Tree also in there. Behind no11 on public footpath. opposite the play park on corner of the footpath

    Photo shows the large overgrown bush obscuring the footpath from Elm Farm Close. Opposite on left of photo is childrens play area so children run across. Cyclists speed down this path from the A338 and pedestrians cannot see them coming until stepping into the path.
