Flooded full width of road up to top of cerb

Road has been flooding for several months to full width and in this area up to top of cerb.

Resin is that the drains all along this stretch (metal inlets in the cerb) are all blocked with gravel & dirt.

Please don’t say it’s because of the heavy rain - it’s because the drains haven’t been maintained.

  • Thank you for reporting the flooding caused by blocked gullies. We are aware of the situation and have initiated a reactive gully cleaning to address the blockage.
