Hazards / Cycle path deteriorating rapidly
Reported via Android in the Potholes and maintenance category anonymously at 19:58, Thu 25 April 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
More and more potholes formed on this busy cycle path over the rainy winter months, particularly dangerous for parents cycling with children, with the added worry of potentially getting impaled on the broken down metal fence along the path! Please support parents who don't want to/can't drive to school by improving cycling conditions. The condition of the path puts a lot of people off cycling!

Although the causeway is customarily used as a cycle path by many people - it is not officially a cycle path.
Sadly the cycle path provision only officially begins once you cross Culham bridge, at the junction to the farm.

Things like this which really show that the council isn't really "pro-cycling" at all. They are just anti-car and lazy.
