There is a series of blocked drains in Manor Road, as the underlying pipe system is blocked

There are a number of drains in Manor Road, which are ineffective as the pipes between the manholes are completely blocked. This is obvious, as the road is dry and the drain still has water to the top. Repeated repots on FixMyStreet have had no response. Why can't you do something?
