MOP is not able to get photos. outside home of 7 and 8 The Croft, Very deep potholes. they are before the private road starts. Last report closed without investigation

My husband is 85 years old and uses a mobility scooter. The only way he can get out of the private road (paid for by the residents)section of The Croft is to come out over the public highway. The publicroad is uneven and pot-holed. Several times he has nearly over-turned..If the Council is not prepared to repair the road I will approach the 'disabled lobby' for assistance. Your thoughts please.
