I hit this deep pothole and damaged one alloy wheel beyond repair, at a cost of £95 to source a replacement. Upon further inspection the impact had also cracked the sump on my Fiat 500 which has now begun to leak and needs to be replaced, at significant expense. I am now unable to drive the car until it can be repaired. I would like to claim the repair costs back from you as the local authority responsible for maintaining the road.
