ENQ24993831 was submitted about a hole formed in the pavement. This was because a trench has been dug through a drain which passess under the pavement, severing the pipe.

The hole has now been fixed but the drain is still broken and needs replacing.

Water backs up when it rains and this causes damage to my house.

  • Hi - it's been almost 3 months since you sent someone to fill the hole - blocking my drain in the process - how much longer will I be expected to wait?
