Deep potholes around the War Memorial on the village shop side

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Dangerous potholes have now appeared following the heavy lorry transportation, having to use this route to get to building development in Bampton from the Witney direction. constant use is just making matters worse and is damaging the monument edges now as well. It is lethal for all types of smaller transport and for pedestrians alike, and the heavy traffic has left the whole village with very bad road surfaces, especially coming into and going out of the village in all directions. It needs addressing properly asap before there is a serious situation with people trying to avoid all the potholes and dangerous surfaces.
