Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are several blocked drains in Horspath brut the ones that are causing the issues are by the bridge (near the village green) The water splashes up when a car goes past and there is nowhere to go about it. This has resulted in several children getting soaked on the way to school resulting in them having to return home to get changed. This has now been an issue for months
