Blocked drain and road floods as a consequence

I have reported this problem many times over the last two years or so and nothing has been done about it. You say you will look at it at your annual inspection but this has gone untouched for probably two or even more years. When it rains the water cannot run away so floods the area around . I am fed up of getting soaked when it rains and inconsiderate drivers drive at speed through the flood. Please it now needs your urgent attention.
